BNIP is a nationwide initiative aimed at providing paid internships to 60,000 young graduates across Pakistan. The program offers two components: BSIP (Build-for-Skills Internship Program) and WSIP (Work-for-Skills Internship Program), aiming to help participants gain valuable work experience, enhance their skills, and increase their employability.

• Age: upto 30 years
• Qualifications: minimum 16 years Qualification from HEC recognized University/ Institute or from abroad.
• Bachelor's (14 years) Qualification for candidates belonging to flood affected regions or backward areas of Pakistan.
• Degree completion date: The degree completion period must be over the last 3 years.

Yes, you can apply for both components; however, you will only be selected for one based on your qualifications and the availability of internships.

BSIP interns will be placed in PSDP projects while WSIP interns will be placed in the development, private and public sectors.
